Baby Tees to Sport Around In!

What is a lap tee? I guess baby's need these to hang out in. I thought these were pretty cool looking. T-shirts are what I live in and, so do my kids. So, when I came across the childrens clothes by Paul Frank that make some of the coolest little baby clothes, I had to share! Now what little guy wouldn't look cool spitting up, sporting a skattered scurvy print t-shirt in black?
